There's always a bit of a risk with mail-order purchases that the item ordered may not be exactly what was needed/wanted, or that it may be defective. Reputable mail-order dealers will generally bend over backwards to satisfy customer needs, and Harris Cyclery is no exception.Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase.

This information MUST be included with the returned item. Please don't expect us to connect your package with any emails or other separate communications about the return.
- Defective Item
- If the part has a manufacturing defect, we will credit you for your return shipping cost.
- Wrong Item-Our Mistake
- If we goofed and sent you something different from what you ordered, we will credit you for your return shipping cost.
- Other Reason or No Reason-normal stock item
- As long as the merchadise is returned to us new, unused and never installed, we will refund or credit your purchase price, but the shipping cost is on you.

- As long as the merchadise is returned to us new, unused and never installed, we will refund or credit your purchase price, but the shipping cost is on you.
There will generally be a 15% restocking charge on items that we had to special order for you.
