This camera is one I had from late childhood, basically a box camera shooting 127 rollfilm.
This camera originally had a built in flashgun (M5 flashbulbs, I believe) which was almost as large as the rest of the camera. Even before I got seriously into photography, I didn't much like on-camera direct flash, so I took out my trusty hacksaw and hacked the flash unit off.
This was probably the first camera I ever modified...but not the last!
I wish I could find the negatives that I took with this of the original Woodstock Festival...I did a 5 or 6 frame panoramic sweep, which came out surprisingly well. Partly this was because of the camera's curved film "plane."
