This new model is Ultegra quality level, with double contact bearing seals and highly polished bearing surfaces. This results in very low drag and good weather resistance. Requires No Batteries No worries about battery charge level. Low drag, weather protected Drag with the Nexus is only slightly higher than with the much more expensive Schmidt hub. But far less than with a tire sidewall generator when the light is turned on. Shimano's Dyno hubs can power most 6 Volt lights. This hub comes with a protective rubber cap over the disc mount, so even if you don't immediately plan to invest in a front disc brake, you can use it in the meantime.

New! Problem Solvers Center-Lock Adaptor   BRD120 $23.95/ea. The Problem Solvers Center-Lock adaptor allows 6-bolt rotors to be used on Center-Lock hubs. Features and Information Center-Lock Fits XTR, XT, LX, Deore and all Shimano Center-Lock patterned hubs. Does not fit XTR or XT wheelsets due to clearance issues with hub flange Does not fit Saint hubs due to the larger diameter of Center-Lock OS 6061-T6 anodized aluminum Troubleshooting: For easy installation, try using a cassette lockring. Install the lockring over the adaptor to push it all the way on, tighten the pinch bolt to proper torque, then remove lockring and install rotor. This helps ensure proper adaptor alignment. The lockwasher can be removed from the mounting bolt as it may cause the adaptor to twist out of alignment as bolt is tightened.
