The B66 series is the most popular of Brooks's sprung models. They are an excellent choice for recreational or utility cycling in a fairly upright posture. The B66 is most appropriate for cyclists who set their handlebars higher than their saddles. In general, the more upright your riding posture, the wider, and more heavily sprung, the saddle you should choose.
The B66 series are double-rail saddles
These use a special clamp (included) for old-style "pipe-type" seatposts.
To use them with modern "microadjusting" seatposts, you need a "Seat Sandwich" ($14.95)![]()
B67 and B67s
Many riders liked the shape of the B66, but didn't like the 4-wire clamp. If you have a modern seatpost with a built-in clamp, this is an inconvenience, and previously the only options were to spend 12 bucks for a Seat Sandwich, or to use an old style "pipe" type seatpost. The B67 series solves this problem. They have the same top as the B66 standard, but the undercarriage is the modern 2 rail design, compatible with all high-quality seatposts. All of the B66 and B67 models feature bag loops to permit the use of a traditional English-style touring bag.

In years gone by, technicians, allied to the Tour riders, would purchase Brooks saddles, disassemble them and massage the hide so their oils, wines and other secret potions penetrated the leather. These solutions conditioned the leather's structure and meant a softer, more comfortable rid could be enjoyed. The new range of Brooks Aged saddles are again manufactured using only the finest natural products. Specially formulated waxes and balms are skillfully worked into the hide resulting in a more comfortable riding experience, requiring less break-in time. One colour only, natural, un-dyed leather.
B67S (Short) $103.95
The "S" models are marketed as being "women's" models, but this is mainly for women who regularly ride wearing skirts.
